ODUNE Travel Agency is a tour operator based in Morocco. This policy covers the personal information you share with us through the enquiry and contact forms on odunetravel.com.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect only what we need to reply and plan your trip:
- Your name.
- Your email address.
- Your phone number, if you choose to give it.
- Your preferred travel dates and the number of travellers, if provided.
- The message and trip details you write to us.
We do not ask for, or store, any payment information. Booking is by enquiry only and no payment is taken on this website.
Why we use it
We use this information for one purpose only: to respond to your enquiry and to plan and discuss a possible trip with you. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Our lawful basis
We process your information on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box when you send a form. You can withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us.
Where your information is stored
Your enquiry is stored securely in our database, hosted by Supabase in the European Union (Paris region). Access is restricted to our team.
Who processes it for us
We rely on two trusted service providers to run the site and handle enquiries:
- Supabase, which stores your enquiry in the European Union.
- Resend, which delivers the email notification of your enquiry to our team and the confirmation email to you.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry only as long as we need it to handle your request and any trip that follows. When it is no longer needed, we delete it.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies, and we do not track your browsing. The only things it stores in your browser are your own choices: the language you are reading in, the currency you picked, and whether you have already seen the opening film. Nothing is shared with anyone, and clearing your browser data removes all of it.
Your rights
Under the applicable data protection rules, you have the right to:
- Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete your information.
