These terms apply to the ODUNE Travel Agency website at odunetravel.com and to the enquiries you send through it. By sending an enquiry, you agree to them.
Enquiries are requests, not confirmed bookings
When you send a form on this site, you are sending a request for information or availability. It does not create a confirmed booking and does not commit you to anything. A trip is confirmed only after we reply, agree the details together, and confirm it with you directly.
Prices
Prices shown on the site are indicative starting prices, from a given amount per person. The final price depends on your dates, the number of travellers, the accommodation you choose and the details of your itinerary. Prices may change until your trip is confirmed.
Payment
There is no online payment on this website. Any payment for a confirmed trip is arranged directly with our team, and the terms are agreed with you before you pay anything.
Content and photographs
Photographs, itineraries and descriptions on the site are illustrative. Your actual itinerary, accommodation and route are tailored to your trip and confirmed with you before you travel.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for holding valid travel documents for Morocco, such as a passport, and we recommend suitable travel insurance. We are glad to advise, but these arrangements remain your responsibility.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Morocco.
