Full-Day Private Tour to Ifrane and Azrou from Fes
Departs from FesFull day
Ifrane was built by the French in the 1930s as a holiday resort and is where wealthy Moroccans still holiday, with the country's main ski slopes nearby in winter. The tour takes in Ifrane's pedestrian centre, the stone lion carved by a German soldier during the Second World War, Al-Akhawayn University (founded in 1995 by King Hassan II and King Fahd of Saudi Arabia) and the Royal Palace exterior, before continuing to Azrou to feed the Barbary macaques in the cedar forest and stopping for lunch on the way back to Fes.
